[Gift] Galactic Gift September 2022 02

It is Friday afternoon and Lucky is hard at work in his shop finishing up a dress tailoring commission for another Xero. Sweat beads up on his brow as he works his sewing machine and stops every once and a while to make sure its matching the guide he drew. He is zeroed in as he needs to finish the dress as that Xero’s date is tomorrow and he is already packed for his weekend backpacking trip in the Jurupa Forest. “ Man this is hard work but at least I don’t have some boss breathing down my neck” Lucky thought. He stretches his back and turns to look at his brand new wildlife guide on top of his gear. Sighing his says “ All this hard work will be worth it when i get out of the crowded noisy city” For the next 3 hours he buckles downs and finishes the commission. He calls the commissioner for pickup. When she gets there she squeals and says ”Thank You Lucky!! You always do the best work” turns and waves as she leaves. Lucky returns the wave and says” Your Welcome”. Once she is gone he goes and cooks his dinner. Once he finishes he walk up the stairs to the table on his rooftop balcony. He built his shop/house on top of a big hill so he can watch the city. Now that it is nighttime, entranced he watches the city lights sparkle and dance as he eats his dinner. After dinner he takes his new wildlife guide, his map and notebook on the table and plans the new animal species he wants to photograph and and to his collection in his notebook. He thinks I know i should go to bed early because i have a lot of walking to do in the morning but I’m not really tired. And like a typical night owl he stays up anyways scrolling on his phone and other various things around the house before finally going to bed. When his alarm blares in the morning he groggily wakes annoyed at himself and how tired he is.
