Countess Pie for everyone!

There it goes, baking! We don't really have many holidays in November, but there's a lot of apple based food made! Hence, Rad's making the countess pie, or hraběnka! It is a layer of soft, moist dough on the bottom, then graded apples, then egg whites whipped into snow, and finally a top layer of graded dough! The entire thing is sooooo soft and delicious, and if I could share one thing with everyone here, that would be it!
