My state is introducing a container refund scheme in the near future, I have been walking all around the town collecting soda cans for this purpose

I’ve been doing this for years already but before the scheme came about I would just put any collected recycling in the appropriate bin.

Aluminium cans are a wonderful material, infinitely recyclable much like a lot of other metals of our planet.
